Departure of Dr Dan Titterton

It is with great sadness we announce the departure from the Practice of Dr Dan Titterton as of 31/3/21.

He has served the Practice and patients over the last 20 years and we wish him well in his future plans.

He has prepared the following message: 

It is with sadness I have made the difficult decision to leave Northgate Medical Practice, after twenty wonderful years. 

I have had the privilege of working at this fantastic practice with dedicated and caring colleagues alongside, and feel very fortunate to have done so. I will miss both colleagues and patients alike, but I am now ready to take on a new challenge.

Patients registered with Dr Titterton will be allocated a doctor within the Practice and all services of the Practice including appointments and prescriptions will continue unchanged.
