Prescriptions Requests
If you have ordered a repeat prescription you may experience a short delay in the processing time due to the volume of work. We are doing our best in very difficult circumstances and would appreciate your understanding at this time. Please note that prescriptions will be ready after 72hrs / 3 working days of being submitted. Please do not order your medication earlier than necessary.
We are happy to accept requests upto two weeks before you are due to run out. If you are going away for a period of time visiting family/going abroad and will run out while away please add the travel dates to your request so we can cover the time frame for you.
