Temporary Disruption to Services
We would like to inform you that South Central & West (SCW), on behalf of Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB), will be carrying out an essential upgrade to our IT network on: Thursday, 18th June 2026 (from approximately 1:30pm onwards).
This upgrade is part of wider improvements to make systems across the region faster, safer, and more reliable.
What this means for you
During the upgrade, we will experience a temporary loss of access to:
- Clinical systems
- Online services (including eConsult)
- Telephone system
This means we will have limited or no ability to:
- Book or amend appointments
- Access patient records
- Respond to online queries
- Answer or make phone calls
What you should do
- Please avoid contacting the practice for non-urgent matters during this time
- For urgent medical help, please contact NHS 111
- For minor illnesses, consider using Pharmacy First services
- In an emergency, always call 999
When will services return to normal?
We expect disruption to last for the afternoon only. Services will be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete and systems are stable.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding while these important improvements are carried out.
