Kent and Medway Mental Health
At Risk Mental State Service (ARMS)
The ARMS service is designed to help individuals aged 14 to 35 experiencing distressing, unusual experiences like hearing voices or feeling paranoid. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals provides personalised care plans and ongoing support, including psychological interventions and practical assistance. They're here to prevent the onset of a first episode of psychosis and promote your wellbeing. Contact your local Mental Health Together team for support and take the first step towards better mental health.

Kent and Medway Service User Network (SUN)
SUN (Service User Network) is a community network of peer-support groups for young people aged 17 ½ to 25 in Kent & Medway. It is for people who are experiencing difficulties with complex emotions often associated with Personality Disorder, but you don't need a diagnosis to attend.
